  • Cook the Eggs: Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Cook to desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or omelet). Set aside.
  • Combine Cabbage and Eggs: Heat oil/butter in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add cabbage and cook until tender-crisp. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine with cooked eggs.
  • Final Touches: Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and red pepper flakes (optional). Serve immediately.
